Bike Forums - New to this site from De!

I am new to this site and think its great. I am 42 and rode extensively growing up. Wow have things changed. All the years growing up I was riding a bike that was sized way to big for me! I hope to get back into it now that the kids are getting older and build a proper sized rode bike. We just built a bike for my wife that is posted. Its 853 pro team reynolds with an ultegra group. She has been riding 10 to 20 mile a day with another 5 on the treadmill. She is 46 and in the best shape of her life thanks to a life adjusting year. I will follow her lead and plan on doing the same. I just picked up a bike rack (Yakama) and hitch. Time to join a local club and start riding some more.
