Good morning-New member ronp6 here
Hi, I'm Ron Parkinson from Newton, MA. I have enjoyed the quality information on site. I like to fix bikes and the opioions here really have helped. I am a recreational rider and fit in one 25-30 mile ride a week. I have a collection of somewhat old bikes most of which say Bridgstone if that gives you an idea. I am enjoying biking in the 50 degree weather we've been having. I am trying to get my wife to try biking again but she will only ride a "women's" frame hybred and only without trafic. (This wouldn't work as my "ride"). If anyone has a suggestion of a light weight drop frame I'd love to hear it!

Hi Ron, you must immediately take yourself over to the Classic and Vintage forums, and pay particular attention to threads on 'mixtes'!
https://bikeforums.net/showthread.php...ighlight=mixte is a great place to start,
and this is another:

If you can't convince your wife to go with a mixte, well, you're just not trying!
Welcome to BF!
