Mornin'
my name is justin.im 21 almost 22 years old.i rode for a few years and raced one seasons before injuring my knee at work.i just got done with building up my bike for this spring and cant wait to get back out there.if anyone in wisconsin wants to chat message me sometime and maybe we can ride together.im slow though.haha.have a good one guys and this forum seems fun to me.

Hi Justin, welcome to the Forums! What kind of riding are you in to? Mountain biking? Depending upon your injury, bicycling could be great therapy. I still remember one trip to the ER from when I used to race. One of the nurses commented casually, "Oh, I think I worked on you last time you were here." Doh! Not the best reputation to have, I guess, but it didn't keep me from doing moderately well at the local level. So.... Never give up! Good luck with rehabing the knee and getting back in to racing.
