I am new to this site.
Good evening, fellow cyclists:
I am new to this site, and I want to greet everyone "hello." My name is Robert D., and I've been cycling for many years. But, after a near - fatal accident where, in 1987, I was hit riding my mountainbike in Houston, I didn't ride for a while. But that changed two years ago when I started riding my bike to lose weight. Along with diet guidance from my wife I lost 20 lbs. in one month.
I currently ride a road bike and a mountain bike.
I look to hearing from anyone out there.
See ya.

Welcome to the forum. I too had a few years off from biking for medical reasons, but have returned mostly for fitness. Have fun riding and do not be afraid to post.
