Hello from central IL/south western KY!!!
Hello to all!! Well i am from central IL(springfield) and now i am going to school at Murray State University, in Murray KY!!! i havea been ridind bikes before i could walk, but with in the last 4 years i has really picked up. I tore my ACL playing football, so i decided to take cycling futher. I saved up money and bought a Cannondale Caad 4 and from there it took off. i started doing century's started out slow you know at 6hrs then i got down to 4hrs thats on the flats of IL remind you!! now i am in KY and i havent riden much they have a team but i wanted to try the sport of rowing out. but i do ride around the country side here its beautiful!!!! hope to get good tips from you all!!!

Hello cyclingpar86, ummm, do you play golf as well?
I think you should be able to gather a lot of useful tips from the folks here, just take a peek around the place, and don't forget to check out the regional forums as well.

What are you studying at Murray State University? I hope it doesnt interfere too much with your cycling.
