Is this a good setup? (New rider)

I am thinking of purchasing this bike off craigslist and wasn't sure if the components were considered mediocre or good components. If anyone could just let me know that'd be great, thanks a lot! I'll just copy/paste the description as is from the ad:

Specialized FSR Stumpjumper, Medium, bought new in 2001. 3x9 speed, XTR brakes, XT rear der, LX front der, Race Face cranks, Risse modified rear susp link with bearings, Fox air rear, Marzocchi Bomber fork, XT hubs with Mavic rims, Specialized Enduro 2.3 tires, SPD pedals.

Those are nice components. LX middle of the road but still good, XT better, XTR bestest.

Yeh those look like good components. Obviously it depends how much you're paying to really say but in their own right, those are a good lot.

Not too bad--so you'd be mountain biking, then .

As said previously, it's worth whatever you pay for it. You didn't tell us how it was listed for, so we can't offer you much guidance on the price.

Welcome to BF!

May be stating the obvious, but...

Be sure to take a close look at the condition of the components, as well. The best gear, improperly maintained, or worn out, is no better than the worst.
