Introducing RandyWright639

Good afternoon, My name is Randy, and I Live in Nebraska, and started riding last summer.
An old and dear friend of mine chalenged me to join him in ridding in aids life cycle 6.
This is a 545 mile ride from SanFrancisco to Los Angeles June 3, - June 9 2007.
This is a major chalenge considering I am 41 years old, 6 ft tall, and 280 lbs. (down to 275 now)
After ridding over 900 miles in training, I feal better than I have in years, and I think I might be able to do this without dieing.

I started out on a Schwin "Comfort series" but that didn't work to well for the kind of miles I need to do, so I switched to a road bike. Motobecane Sprint.

Hello Randy, no, those 'Comfort' bikes aren't very comfortable after 10 miles or so, so I'm glad to see that you switched to a road bike for AIDS Life Cycle 6.

Good luck with the ride, and

Welcome to BF!
