powerbreather???

Ok, is the powerbreather a touchy subject here? Or does anyone have experience with it? I've heard it can help a person who has asthma, though not technically by helping the asthma, but by increasing lung capacity. Theoretically it sounds good, but a Dr. told me since it is not a case of how much lung capacity you have, but of actually getting air into the lung that is the problem w/asthma. But it seems that if you had a larger lung capacity, if it were reduced a bit by asthma, it would be better than smaller lung capacity. That made me tired...any help?

Hello obentolady, this might be better asked in the Training & Nutrition forum...

Welcome to BF!
