Hi to all you saddle polishers

I'm glad I found a forum with more than a few bike commuters! My backround was in marathon running and biathalon in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York. That all stopped about 12 years ago when my career took over my life.

I start my new career (teaching) on July 1st. The school is 8.7 miles from home and I've been riding every time it stops raining ... about 5 times in the last two weeks.

Look forward to swapping stories and ideas with you all!
I miss bicycle commuting.
