miles riding?
I have a technical question that my friend and I disagree on. He considers the total amount of miles riding for an entire day, and I consider the total miles of riding on one consecutive ride......no stops, no breaks.....(unless it's a quick pee break)........who is right? This morning we rode 41 miles but it was with several resting stops, a snack break and a few "nature calls". Is this STILL considered 41 miles or what do you call it with that many breaks?

I would call it FUN!
I have to say, I've never given it much thought, but I would go with your definition.

You have to put a definition on your distance - today, this year, non-stop, with no breaks more than 5 mins. Then there is no confusion.
