New Guy from Upstate NY

Another new guy so wanted to introduce myself. I am from the fingerlakes region of NY. I have only gotten into cycling the last couple of months as I have owned a decent mountain bike for the last couple of years and a store bike for a couple years before that. I have a craigslist schwinn worldsport that broke the next day and so I am riding a saint tropez until I can get the world sport up again. I plan on getting a newer road bike some day but for the time being am kind of having fun with the old steel 12 speeds. I have enjoyed reading through the forums and enjoy learning more things all the time. I have a project bike "The Londoner" (don't really know anything more about it than the name) that I am thinking of turning into a ss for the heck of it. I look forward to possibly hearing from other fingerlake region bikers as I know you are out there.

Thanks and I am glad I found this forum it rocks so far.

O2W -- welcome! You live in a GREAT part of the country to really enjoy time on a bike...whether roadbike or mountainbike. Enjoy.
