Charlotte Noob

Hi all. I'm new to the forums. I've been riding for my whole life but took up road bikes a couple of years ago and just picked up a new HiFi pro. I'm in the market for a higher end roadie now and am looking for advice and also some ideas for some more serious training. So thanks in advance for all the help I am sure I will find here.

Ryan

Welcome, Ryan. Training and Nutrition is a great place to check out, and people often forget about it.

Hello Ryan, what kind of training are you looking to do? Road racing? Triathlons? Cross Country?

Anyway, Welcome to BF!

Thanks guys. Looking to get into doing some longer road rides, maybe some racing down the road. I JUST got back from the bike shop w/ my brand spankin' new 2008 Madone 5.2. I'm about to throw on my shoes and take it for a spin. I'll definitely check out the training and nutrition forum. Getting lean is one of my goals. I'll let you know how the new ride goes!
