Howdy From TX

Well Im a 38 and was looking for something to stay in shape, So 4 months ago I started Riding on a 15yr old Huffy Outlaw Mountain Bike and now Im up to about 70 to 80 miles a week and bought a used Trek 6700 a week ago So Howdy from TX. Hope to gain some insight.

The Trek probably feels a lot more nimble than the Huffy Outlaw, so if you are getting in 70 to 80 miles already you should feel as if you are flying down the road or trail.
