New from central Illinois

Hi folks,
Just started doing a little bike riding for fitness last week. I'm a long time jogger that's been having some knee pain and don't want to do any damage to the old body. I'm 62 and retired in July. Think I pushed it a little too hard a couple of days ago, only rode 8 miles, but very hard for a beginner. I had severe spasms on the inside of my thighs during the night. Anyhow, hello to all, and I'll be jumping in and out trying to learn things.

Those spasms don't sound like much fun .

Biking is a lot more entertaining, you will love it!

Welcome to BF!
