Feels so good again
I am 51, and have started over. In Feb. stopped eating junk. No sugar, white flour , fried food, or anything with saturated fat. May 1, decided to try a triathlon. Did a mini TRI on May, 26. Have done 2 sprints since. I just bought a bike (I borrowed for the TRI's) Specialized S-Works E5. Looking forward to doing a century. Also training for my first 10k in November, and my first marathon in Feb. The body is a great machine when properly fueled, and it does respond to positive changes. Since Feb. I have said goodbye to 20 pounds (170 to 150) and even better 75 points of cholesterol (249 to 174) The program works. Look forward to the yap and crap on the forums.
