Greetings
Hello folks. First post here. Found the forum and particularly like the 50's thread. I am a runner turning cyclist. Thought I would be kind to my fifty year old knees. I live in central NC and its safe for you guys to anticipate lots of newbie questions from me. Your patience will be appreciated. I have a 91 Nishiki road bike in the shop; should be road ready next Tuesday. I am definitely looking forward to hitting the road. Best Regards JL Pryce aka Sproket.

Welcome. I too think the 50+ subforum is a neat place to be.
