Hello all from New City NY

I am 50. I start riding just 3 years ago with my friend. You can call us weekend riders. Both of us had Trecks, but my freind just got Fezzari CR3, so I had to do one better and got CR5. I hope it will help me climb the 9W on the way to GWB. Unfortunatly I have to wait till spring to try my new bike unless I get lucky with a 50+ in the next few weeks. Meanwhile it is time for the Gym to keep up in shape.

Hello Stan, the way the weather has been going you never know about that 50+ temperature. Nice bike, don't forget photos when you have time .

Welcome to BF!

You right about the weather. The Bike is still in the box. It is Friday so I hope to put it together tonight and if I am lucky take for a short ride tomorrow.

P.S. I am looking outside of my office window and see snow coming down. I hate this time of the year.

Snow isn't bad if you're prepared for it...although it's certainly easier to get through when the snow is proper snow and not that nasty chunky stuff left on the side of the road by the snow plows. That's miserable stuff.

On the other hand, if it's snowing, then you have a good excuse to stay home and build the bike .

Hey Stan. You still may get out this year. Keep an eye on the weather, and jump when you can.

Welcome to BikeFourms!
