Little ole me
Hi, all. I just joined this forum. I have not been riding in a while so I am looking forward to it. I live in the lower mainland of B.C.. I will be looking for some good trails, nothing too hard to start with. I really enjoy night riding. I have a Gary Fisher Tassajara that has served me well for the last couple of years. I have a few questions about some equipment that I will post in the proper(I hope) forums.

Welcome! One of my best friends rode a tassahara back in the early 90s when we first started mountainbiking.

Welcome to the forums. Love the name, appropriate for mtn biking. Where is fraser Valley?

Hello busted knuckles, I've travelled several times through the Fraser Valley and always enjoyed the experience.
Here's a link that might be of interest:

Where I've been usually involves miles and miles of forest/fire roads, and it's incredible what kind of wildlife I've seen--including moose and grizzly bears .
Welcome to BF!

Thanks for the welcome, 2wheeled, I live basicly where the fraser river comes out of the mountains into the flatland, about 1.5 hours east of Vancouver.

It looks as if Burke Mountain is closest to you then. I don't know about you spotting grizzly bears in that area (I've seen them much further north), but black bears would be a distinct possiblity .
