New Rider in New Jersey!
Hey everyone! I just joined the forum and am excited to be here. I've been without a bike for awhile but am in the market for a new hybrid that will allow me to take some recreational rides on the streets and park trails here in New Jersey and in New York City (I'm really digging the Scott Sportster series, so if anyone has one and could advise I'd be happy to hear about it!). I'm looking forward to discussing everyone's riding adventures, finding out about some good weekend and evening rides in the area, and FINALLY being able to join my friends in the 5 boroughs ride in Spring!

Hello lammius, I don't have any personal experience with the Scott Sportsters, but you might try asking in the General Cycling forum, or the Recreational and Family forum. Make sure you visit the regional forums and find the local cyclists
