Good luck!

Thx for a real warm welcome. And apperenly thats the answer to your question as well.

riding in Sri Lanka is in one word is "hot". Specially these days. Iam bearly able to do a 15k ride. Though iam told 15k is ok and i should not push it. what do you think?

Certainly 15k is okay:thumbup: ! Especially if it's really hot. Just remember to drink a lot, even if it's just 15k. After a while, you'll probably get used to 15k in the heat, feel like it's no problem, and go a bit more . Keep us posted on your progress and Happy Riding !!
