Howdy from Palo Alto distance rider

hey guys. I'm excited to be training for my first double century!
last year was all about hills, previous one was centuries.
My Specialized Globe hybrid is new and rarin to go!
It's much lighter than my old Crossroads.
Anyone want to ride up Alpine to Skyline?

Also starting Sports Massage training in April,
for countering self-abuse.
