G'day
Just saying hello.
Have been lurking for a while, thought I better join in when the new site went up.
Have been competitively cycling for 3 years now after an injury took me out of my number one sport (Australian Rules Football).
I am a strength and conditioning coach in my spare time. Working on my MD at the moment.
Hope I can be of some assistance.

Welcome to the forums, mate.
Where are you from? Victoria? I'm a Queenslander living in the USA - good to have another Aussie on the boards!

Recently got back from Denver myself. Loved the city, was fantastic. What's it's like living over there? How do you put up with all those Americans living in America?!?!
