Q. on the symbols nxt to names - hi I am bk after a couple yrs. off line

Hello,
Good to be back on this board after being away a couple years.... something that is new to me is what looks like a BIRD icon next to some names.... can't find a legend anywhere on the site/probably just not looking hard enough.... what does that symbol mean ????
Meanwhile is the BLUE DOT an indicator of a Moderator ????
Many thanks,
BikePackin.
N. GA.
