Hello

Hi i've been reading the forum for a few weeks now and i've seen some good things. I just started road racing this year. I live in the Catskill mountains in NY so i'm usually riding on the roads that go up. I ride a 2003 52cm Fuji Team Superlite. next big upgrade i'm looking for are a real set of wheels (something much lighter than ksyrium elites and a powertap).

Welcome, and thanks for joining! Are you wanting to tubular wheels or not (since you are going for lighter weight)? I'm a BMXer myself, but I would like to get a roadbike over the summer. I have a half mountain, half bmx bike that sits lower than a bmx but still cranks out 27-28 m.p.h. on level ground. It's kind of my "drag bike." Haha.

I got 4th in a cat 5 race but my best result so far was 9th in a Cat 4/5 48mile road race. I really enjoy it and don't plan on stopping anytime soon.
