Hello from Lake Tahoe.

Hi...Farwest here at Lake Tahoe. We had a good winter with about normal precipitation. Now, it's finally warmed up enough to get out the road bike. We have some very good riding out here if you know where to go. Probably best to not ride on the main highways or the bike paths (even they get too crowded and can be dangerous). I've been riding fairly seriously for about eight years now. It's time to step it up a bit this year and take my riding to the next level. That means a regular training schedule, proper diet, and getting more sleep! Anyway, it's great being a member of Bike Forums.

Overthere, I am always happy to share the joy of welcoming new folks to BikeForums . That's why this is a great place to visit and learn .

Farwest, do you ever ride over Donner Pass? Man, that would be some good hill climbing work .

Welcome to BF, and feel free to PM me with any questions !

East Hill
