Hey Yall

Well....
It all started with 2 ol' beach Cruisers that my husband and I got from his parents. We rode them once and then quickly decided to get "real" bikes. We bought 2 Schwinns, then decided we needed something a bit more...solid. We upgraded to Ironhorses and we are fairly happy with them. We mainly do mountain biking, or hill biking, since there are not too many mountains in the Virginia Beach area. I just bought 2 "old" road bikes, a Raleigh Sportif and a Pinnacle. They are pretty rusty and need new tires and chains and things like that..but they are just going to "intro" road bikes. We might buy real ones when we hit the jackpot. Right now the plan is for me to fix them up and then surprise my hubby with them when he gets home (he is in the Navy and is taking a little cruise right now). We'll see how that goes!

Hi WcuCat, do you have photos of the bikes? We love photos. Did you say rust? Run a search for 'oxalic acid' and check it out!

Welcome to BF, and feel free to PM me with any questions !
