Forum Newbie!
Greetings all!
Yep, I'm a newbie to this forum, but not to cycling. I'm 46 years old and started road cycling around 1985. I've ridden my share of centuries and shorter rides. Biggest accomplishment for me was finishing the Assault on Mount Mitchell in 1990. WOW! I started mountain biking in the early '90s and continue to do both mountain and road rides. I don't get to ride as much as I want since work gets in the way....I know I'm not the only one here to say that! I own a Lemond Team Saturn edition outfitted with all campy components, Kestrel Carbon fork, Easton carbon seat post, blah, blah, blah. I also own a Cannondale hardtail and just purchased a used 2003 GT I-Drive 1.0 that I am planning some upgrades on. I also still own my first Mountain Bike which is a Muddy Fox....how many out there still have one of these???
I hope to learn from all you experts on this forum.
Cheers!!

Hi Kokodude, if you are going to tease us with questions about Muddy Foxes, then you will have to provide photos! .
With that much background, I will hope that you might learn some new stuff, but more importantly, you might be able to impart some knowledge to other new people .
Welcome to BF, and feel free to PM me with any questions !

Thanks for the welcome East Hill! I'll work on getting a pic of the Muddy Fox to post. It was low-end but I hammered it on trails and never broke anything on it......except for a few ribs!

Ouch !
If you never broke anything on the bike, it was a good machine!
