Welly welly welly well
Greetings,
I am a runner whom of which got to thinking that "biking would be good cross training". I commute to work several days a week and ride for fitness here in central NJ. I like riding to the high school track as a warm up for my speed work and the D&R Canal on weekends, stopping at the shops for esspreso and chocolate..... I mean sports drinks and power bars. I have a Giant FCR3 that fits the varied riding surfaces pretty nicely.

Hi Kunga, cycling is indeed an excellent cross way to cross train, and it's definitely much easier on the knees! I do like the idea of using espresso as a sports drink, and chocolate as a power bar
