Howdy People!
Hey everyone, I am not a totally newb to bikes, but definitely to this site. I rode a cheap MTB everywhere I went for a year, a couple of years ago. Now I have a Specialized MTB that I use to commute and I also recently completed my first Triathlon. I am looking forward to learning and getting better at biking. I am planning on getting a road bike probably early 09' once everything 08' goes on sale. I am really looking forward to picking some brains and gaining some knowledge. Great to find this site. Thanks!

Hello Phill
. You rode a MTB in a triathlon? How'd you do? A road or tri-bike will definitely speed you up for the triathlons.

The swim and the run rocked...I sucked and lost a lot of ground on the bike leg...but I knew it was my weakest leg. I maybe getting a bike tomorrow though..maybe that will help. not sure of the year but it is an older Cannondale 3.0 Criterium...anyone's thoughts would be greatly appreciated. I searched for it, and found out some info...but more would be good. Thanks!
