Hello from Tulsa, OK!
Hey! I'm new to BikeForums, but I love forums in general, so I decided to go ahead and register and start taking advantage of the forum atmosphere... Interesting story on my biking
My dad loves to road bike, but doesn't have a ton of time to do it due to his work. Anyway, he had been biking on an old Schwinn something-or-other, when my Mom and I decided to buy him a bike for Father's Day. Bought him a Specialized Allez, which he has been riding ever since we bought it, a couple of years ago. He has upgraded all the components to Dura-Ace, and rides with some frequency.
I was recently gifted a Gianni Motta Personnel (Personal?) 2001 model, which we actually just took in today to get upgraded.
We also own a Trek full-suspension mountain bike and a Specialized Rockhopper hardtail, but we don't ride them as much because we haven't found any good beginner's mountain trails.
Just thought I'd say hey, and let you in on our bike situation.
