I've been a runner for a while but I'm getting old and my body isn't holding up as well as it used to. So I dusted off the old Trek 2300 and started pedaling this year. It didn't take long to realize that my old bike didn't fit at all so I'm riding a 2008 Lemond Reno now. right now I'm just interested in riding about 100 miles a week until I'm back in shape. Longest ride is 40 miles and I'm working through some issues with shoes/pedals.
Anyway, it's good to be on a bike again.

Hello whiplashsmile, you could have gotten your hundred miles in on one day if you'd be at the racetrack a couple of weeks ago
