Hi everyone....
Well, this is my first post.
I am a avid biker, I love Mountain Biking and my bikw right now (Dont laugh, money is tight) a Huffy Hardtail. Here are my specs
Deore LX Rapidfire shifters
Shimano Crankset (OK)
Avid 1D Front V's - Stock rears
Shimano Deore Rear Derailer - Custom fabricated screw in derailer hanger
Studded Maxxis Tires - Its icy here!
Weinman 519 rear rim (Its owrth more than the frame!
)
Not sure on front rim, but its got a Shimano hub
I concider myself pretty advance compared to the people i ride with. I can build my own wheels and do all my maintinence myself. Which is surprisingly not that much as all the walmart stuff has been taken off the bike.
Thanks for reading this!

Summitlt...welcome to the forums. Don't worry...not everyone here has a real nice bike...I know mine's far from what most here have (it's a 1997 M700 Cannondale that I got on eBay not long ago)...but as for you, money is tight here too for me...I'm in the middle of upgrading some of the parts, so its specs are kinda changing as time goes on...I plan to be adding a lighting system and possibly new pedals next. Never been to Maine, but one of my very good friends lives presently in Unity, so maybe someday I'll go visit the Bay State (or is that Mass? lol). Good to see ya around here..hope that crazy weather leaves you guys alone real soon!!
