Mabuhay from American Canyon, CA!
Hello everyone! Im 23 years old, female and I don't really know much about biking except that I love to bike on my leisure hours. I decided to join this community because I think it will help and educate me alot about whats, hows and whys in biking. I think my biking experience will broaden since I intend to use my bike more often than before. I bought a bike yesterday, 2008 Specilized Vita and I hope it will do great for me. What I like about it is that it's so light and will help me alot on uphill roads.
Im not only new to this community but also to this country. Im from the Philippines and migrated here last May. I'm still adjusting to this new environment and Im so excited to learn so much. It has been my dream to bike from state-to-state, country-to-country or to almost everywhere and meet fellow bike lovers.
*Mabuhay in Filipino means hello, welcome or long live.

When you go on your grand bicycle tour, don't forget to strap a big pot of adobo to the rack. Gotta keep your strength up!
Now I want adobo.
Now I want adobo.

Where would you like to tour the most? Perhaps you can start by going up the coast to Seattle (or better yet, the reverse trip from Seattle to LA). There will be plenty of people who will say hi to you along the way .
