greetings from san francisco!

I'm a girl in my early 20s and bout 6 months ago bought my buddy's Raleigh Rush Hour. Been in love ever since and ride my bike everywhere- to work, to meet up with friends, to buy groceries... even daily trips up the hills SF is known for. Figured it was time to invest time and money into building my own fixed gear after fiddling around on one of my friends' (and being totally jealous since it was so fun). Mostly I want to be able to repair it when it breaks down and know all about what I've come to love so dearly, which I believe would be best learned by building it with my own hands. So here I am... and here's my current ride:

Hello lucerito--you did an awesome job! Not to mention that even though I am used to hills, even I would have a hard time going up some of the SF hills, especially on a fixed gear .

Welcome to BF, and feel free to PM me with any questions !
