I'm a more "mature" cyclist, presently getting back into it after a long sabbatical. I'm one of those cyclists that likes to load everything on the bike and just ride for day after day after day after... Well you get the idea. I caught the "bug" at age 12 and I've always had some kinda bike kicking around wherever I've lived. I now have 2. A Bianchi Milano, really sweet ride. And a Jamis Aurora, jury isn't back 100% yet but so far a great bike.
My intention? I am going to chuck it all, have yard sales for the next few months, load up the bike and just head on out, go wherever I want, whenever I want for as long as I can pedal/stand it. First "destination" is Burning Man 09. I think it would be a hoot to pedal out to the Black Rock Desert and participate in all that debauchery for a week! From there...

Great idea for a tour .

Are you planning on returning 'home'? I'm trying to figure out how you will take both bikes...

Welcome to BF, and feel free to PM me with any questions !
