new near Vienna Austria

Hi

My name is Mike and I live in Korneuburg, near Vienna, Austria. I've ridden bicycles since my childhood in Manhattan. I am 60 and my butt hurts. So I'm saving up for a recumbent trike.

I have a chrome RIGI. Bought the frame back in the 1980s. Black Modolo Pro brakes, Campy Record, cranks, shifters, Campy high flange hubs. Cinelli handlebars. Regina freewheel (Campy extra). Rides nice. Gel saddle — gave away the record pedals and cages to brother in law as well as Concor saddle.

Currently ride a Merida which I've borrowed from my son, Patrick.

Cheers!

rigi pictures

Just dusted off the bike and took some snaps. Hope they satisfy. They're rather small, but 100K's the maximum file size.

I always liked the "RIGI" cutout on the bottom of the BB.

Cheers,
Mike

Well it had 28" wheels. I sold it thru ebay. Sad to see it go but hope new owner enjoys it. Still have the Concor saddle and one of two Record pedals (wherever did the other one go??)
