Epididymitis
I noticed Madasafish last year had a problem with epididymitis and cycling. Well I have the same thing. It's a terribly hot, lingering pain with me at foot of right testicle. Is it due to the unavoidable chafing that happens when we cycle, friction etc on the saddle with each pedal movement? In my case I was fine until I took up cycling again recently and the pain returned. What can be done? Is there a frictionless saddle on the market? I like others was given painkillers and cyprofloxacin by doc for a week and the bad pain went away, but it returns as soon as I cycle. Help!

It sounds as if you have a poorly fitting saddle.
Which one are you using?
