Hello from Colombia!!!
 

Hello everyone, i am Diego Morales from Medellin city, Colombia.
I am relatively new to the sport of mountain biking, and my current bike is a Huffy Stalker LX2, 18 speed.
I am hoping to learn something about the sport and how to improve my bike and my riding.
I am riding in mountain roads for the moment because i don't want to push the bike too much since it is has old-as-a-rock parts, and not the best tires for off-roading, so i am getting my body in shape first, and buying parts for the bike has been a little hard because it is soo old and i can't find parts that fit right on the bike...
I am going to post some pics of my bike soon, and i hope some of you can help me getting my bike in shape!

Sorry for the repost, here are a couple of pics of my bike, me and my city. i ride at least 2 times a week to this place, it is a 16 km climb, and the view you get is an awesome panoramic of Medellin, really nice place to train, but i have to say it isn't an easy task on a 19kg bike that dont like to roll smoothly...

Hello Diego! What a fun place to live and ride. I am a fanatic about orchids as well, and I will one day come visit Medellin so I can view Masdevallias in their native surroundings.

Well, i hope you can come here and visit our Botanical Garden, and perhaps take a bike for a ride in the mountains surrounding Medellin. Really beautiful place to live and ride !!!!
