Hi-

Glad to have found this forum. My husband and I ride a tandem- just recently bought a Trek T2000 tandem- and have ridden the RAGBRAI 2x (2005, 2008) and the Hilly Hundred 3x (2006-2008). I also ride a Specialized Ruby.

It is very cold here so i've also taken up spinning classes in order to be stronger for the hills next season!

I'd love to try tandem biking ... I'm jealous. My wife and I found a tandem bike for sale at a garage sale last summer. It was in pretty decent shape, however he wanted big bucks for the bike ... close to $800 for a used bike.
