a fanatical spinner who bruised ribs. when can I get back in the saddle guys?

hey guys im posting from Dublin, Ireland. I spin 5 times a week and LOVE it but fell and bruised my ribs 2 weeks ago. Still tender.. but definately improved. Has anyone done this and how long before you could ride again?

spinning as in sationary?

bruised/cracked ribs are a hard injury to come back takes alot of time to heal I've broken 3, and briused/cracked numerous other times.

the only thing you can do is wrap youself, and I'd say do as much as you can within your pain limits...
