New bicyclist
I am over 60 and am starting to ride again after 30 years. I would have started earlier, but my wife was sick with cancer and I was needed at home. With her passing, I have a lot more time to pursue riding. I have a really nice bike that I purchased from REI, plus all of the peripheral equipment. So, barring anything unforseen, I should have a lot of fun and a good workout.
I am interested in finding 50 and above riding clubs in the Seattle area.
Thanks,
Jamspar

Hello and welcome to the forums. You might check in both the regional forum for your area, and also the 50 & Older forum.

I would check out cascade.org. They have alot of rides in the area where you can determine the length and intensity of the ride. Their easy rides are really easy.
