Hello everyone. I guess I'll define myself as a retread-newbie. I was a commuter/road biker for many years averaging 125-150 miles per week. Had a Schwinn LeTour and an old fat tire single speed Schwinn. Haven't really done any riding other than in the gym for many years and that stopped in '98 with increased travel schedule.

I have a Fuji Tahoe that has been mine sine early 90's but very few miles on it. Took the nubby tires off and replaced them with nice heavy duty road tires - Bontragerr Cruizers. Had everything realigned and made road worthy after my son and a few of his friends knocked the bike around a bit.

So I'm ready to bike away again, except for my broken arm. Took a fall when starting up this year and broke the right one. Surgery - maybe.

Anyway, hello and I can't wait to get riding again. Clydesdales for me. Up to 244 lbs. and way out of shape.
