New member--although now "new" (52 years young); started riding to take stress off knees and back from running. Normally ride from April into Nov-Dec and normally average 3,000 miles on the bike and 800-900 miles running. Neither ride nor run too long or too fast--my personal goal is to continue until I'm 72 and then re-consider my options.

I'm 64 and there are lots of older cyclists here. Stop by the 50+ forum and say hello.
The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy. - Psalm 103:8

I am a cyclist. I am not the fastest or the fittest. But I will get to where I'm going with a smile on my face.
