Greetings

My name is Darrell. I live in Maine where it has been a long, cold, and white winter, so I'm looking forward to spring and clear roads. I'm relatively new to the area so if anyone knows of any great rides around here (I live 10 miles north of Portland) feel free to share.
Thanks.

Hi Darrell and welcome.

Ask the folks in the Northeast Regional subforum about local rides

Hi Darrell, one of our members just mentioned that he had finally gotten out and ridden his bike for the first time in months. He was very pleased!

What kind of riding do you do?

Hi EH. I got a couple of miles in last week too. Felt great but I'm going to pay for a lazy winter.
I only moved to Maine a year and a half ago and last year was the first time I was able to log any serious miles in a long time. So far its been mostly solo rides starting and ending at my house usually between 25 and 50 miles.
Thanks for the welcome.
