1st Century Ride

I just rode 106 miles with my first rode bike that I have only owned 2 weeks and had only put about 20 miles on.
I feel great...thank God for Spin classes. I think that's how I made it!

Wow, good job! Most people check out the training threads first though.

I think now would be a good time to explain "Nutt'r Butt'r" Its a treatment for chamois that makes the backside enjoy the saddle time more.
