Biking in the heat

I've been bike commuting in Tempe, Arizona, (summer high temperatures in triple digits, winters absolutely beautiful) for about 2 years, but lately I really feel how that makes me different from most of the people I know. So, I really am glad to see what other people are posting about biking.

The heat kills me.

We haven't quite hit 100 yet, but we will in the next day or two. Even high 90s are tough for me. It seemed easier last year. Maybe I just haven't grown accustomed to the high temps yet.
