New member in PA, and new to the sport...

i'm an avid golfer, and have been into working out for many years... i do alot of walking but don't enjoy jogging / running, so i thought i'd enter the world of cycling...

i picked up a Cannondale CAAD9-7 for my first road bike... i have particpated in "Spinning" in the past and enjoyed that at the time...

I'm new, and would like to make this a long time commitment and help me stay or get in better shape and push myself to longer distances as i progress...

if you have any advice for a beginner, please give it to me...

Welcome to the forum! Feel free to ask any questions you have about cycling.

Spin class is a great way to get yourself prepped for cycling.
