Hello From Missouri
Greetings all:
I am new to the forums and have already gained a great deal of info here! Thank you!
My demographics...I'm an old man.. 50 as of this year! I ride a Trek 7300 Hybrid mostly on the Katy Trail and MKT Trail in Central Missouri. I ride about 10 miles a day for exercise and more importantly to meditate riding the beautiful Katy Trail along the bluffs of the Missouri River. I have found that with bad football knees that biking has been a God -send. My wife also rides with me. If you haven't ridden the Katy Trail...google it and check it out. It is an old train track that runs across most of the state of Missouri and offers some of the most scenic rides you can find...on a level surface! Looking forward to learning a lot here as I am returning to my roots as a bicyclist!
