Hello, everyone. Name's Richard. I'm from Orange County, CA (specifically Irvine). Recently graduated college, but going back to school soon (my form of hibernating during an economic winter). I'm a cycling newbie in all respects of the word. Just purchased my first road bike only a few days ago. It's a 2009 Windsor Wellington 2.0 (excited!). I know it's not an awesome bike, but hoping I can learn a lot with this bike and see if road cycling is for me. I plan to soak up as much knowledge as possible through the forum (lots of lurking ). Hope to learn a lot from all of you!

Nice introduction - with an advertisement no less!

Anyway - seeing beyond said advertisement - welcome to the forum! Lots to offer here - not sure what you bicycle - road, mtn, commute, etc - but there's a forum for everything here - and lots of people out where you live. We all treasure meeting up and riding with fellow forumites! Have fun in your bicycling experience! And your extended college stay!
