How can i trade something on the forums?

How can i trade with other enthusiasts for parts? Is this allowed. How do I get permission to the classified section's new threads?

Most of the forums (road, mtn bike, cyclocross, etc) have their own For Trade threads. Usually a sticky near the top of the threads. Just post in the appropriate one. No $$$ involved other than shipping costs.
